The mission of the Education Leadership Development Group, LLC (ELDG) is to provide leadership strategies and methods to identify, develop, and sustain K-12 school leaders and classroom teacher leaders. The ELDG uses proven and practical theoretically-based leadership development strategies and techniques that promote care and character leadership development. The ELDG’s target market includes: school administrators, principals, assistant principals, resource teachers, teacher leaders, classroom teacher leaders, and anyone on the school leadership staff.
